A Heartfelt Thank You: IYANWA Book Signing Success at Barnes & Noble!

What an incredible day! This past Saturday’s book signing at Barnes & Noble was wonderful. I’m beyond grateful to everyone who came out to support IYANWA, chat about books, and make the event such a meaningful experience.

From the moment the table was set up—with bookmarks, stickers, and exclusive swag—I felt so much love and curiosity from readers, young and old. We even had some fun kids’ activities set up, including coloring pages inspired by the characters and scenes from IYANWA, and I absolutely loved seeing the creativity in action. The energy was warm, welcoming, and full of laughter (and a few bookish debates!).

I got to meet some incredible young readers and their families, fellow writers, and a few kind folks who just happened to wander by and got curious.

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Barnes & Noble for making the space feel so welcoming and for helping everything run so smoothly. And to everyone who picked up a copy, shared kind words, or simply stopped to say hello—you made the day unforgettable.
